Shipping

Shipping: we are proud to offer a free standard USPS shipping within the continental US. Your purchase will arrive in 3-5 working days.

Expedited shipping: need your shipping faster? We offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost through FedEx. Shipping costs will vary by destination and a desired shipping time.

Shipping Beau Gant gloves as a gift: we LOVE sending gifts. Just mention in the special comments section when placing an order that the item is a gift and we will gladly ship them to a different address. Custom handwritten gift messages may also be included.

Shipping outside the US: We offer a variety of shipping options to countries all over the world. To view shipping options and charges to your location, begin the checkout process and rates will be displayed before credit card information is required.

Tracking my order: We’ll send you a shipment confirmation with tracking information as soon as your Beau Gant gloves are on the way.

Lining Choices

Silk lining: luxurious and refined. Great for: 40F-55F.

Cashmere: warm, cozy and soft. Great for- 40F-30F

Fur: warmest option. We use rabbit fur for a sustainably raised rabbits in Italy and France. The fur is dyed using time-honored natural methods. Great for: 35F and below.

Care for Your Gloves

Care for your gloves: Dropped your gloves or found stain on them? No problem! We are here to help. Here is some ways to ensure that your gloves live happily ever after:

Light Staining:

  • Prepare a wam water with a laundry detergent such as Tide (no bleach!)
  • Use a sponge, not a brush and gently sponge the stained area of your gloves with the soapy solution
  • Avoid saturating the leather and wipe off any excess water with dry clean cloth such as clean dish towel.
  • Allow gloves to dry naturally- do not use hair drier, sun or the clothes dryer.
  • As the gloves are drying put them on your hands several times. This will help stretch the leather and restore the shape of the gloves
  • Heavy Staining: We recommend consulting with a professional cleaner to ensure that your gloves are safe and happy.

Security: We take your privacy and security very seriously! We use advanced encryption technology to protect all personal information entered on our site, and do not store credit card numbers on our server.

Tax: we are is required by law to collect tax for shipments to California. You’ll be able to view the sales tax included in your order before you confirm your order.

Gift Certificates: you can purchase a Beau Gant gift certificate here (insert link). We offer a convenient e-certificate which can be easily redeemed by the gift recipient in minutes.

Returns

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your Beau Gant gloves, we’ll do all we can to help. As long as your gloves are unworn, you can exchange or return them within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

If you find a manufacturing defect in our gloves we would be happy to exchange them free of charge.

To minimize exchanges due to wrong fit, we strongly encourage you to view our sizing directions  which demonstrate how to measure your hand quickly and easily in just 30 seconds.  Your gloves should fit snugly on your hand. If they feel tight, that’s normal and they will stretch sideways with wear.

If you still find that the gloves don’t fit right we would be happy to return or exchange them for a correct size.  Please return the gloves to us in original condition and with all original packaging within 14 days of receipt of your order. At this point we are not able to reimburse you for the return shipping costs. To request an exchange please contact us at customer-care@beaugant.com or simply call us directly at (224)715-9289.

Exchanges are processed quickly and sent by Priority Mail. You should receive your new pair(s) in about a week (or less!) after requesting an exchange.

If you’d like to request a guaranteed delivery date, contact our team and we will help upgrade your shipping.

Returning from outside the US

We are unable to cover international shipping charges. If you are outside the U.S., please email us at customer-service@beaugant.com to request a return and we will let you know where and how to send your package. Once your gloves arrive and are processed, we will issue a refund to your card.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

When we receive Beau Gant gloves, we will process your return and issue a credit to your card. Credits usually show up right away, but can sometimes take a couple days to show up on your statement.
